Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50

Offer valid for a limited time only and is subject to change without notification on all approved orders equaling $50 or more placed online at applecharms.com. To qualify, orders must be shipped within  the Continental USA via Standard Ground service. Order total is calculated  after all discounts and excludes Shipping and Handling. Discount will be taken automatically at checkout. Not valid on previous orders. Purchase quantities may be limited. Not redeemable for cash or store credit. Other restrictions may apply. 

For most standard orders, please allow 4-9 business days for delivery. Some areas may take up to 14 days for delivery.

Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout at an additional cost. This DOES NOT speed up the processing time, but guarantees by the carrier that it will be delivered within  the selected time framework.

PLEASE NOTE, that Apple Charms is not responsible for any potential delay by a carrier after your item has been shipped, as shipping time vary due to package origin and  destination.

Apple Charms does not bare any responsibility for lost, misplaced or stolen packages delivered by USPS, UPS, or any other carrier used. Neither do we take responsibility for incorrectly delivered packages if the address information provided was incorrect or incorrectly entered at checkout. 

Apple Charms does not accept responsibility for any package delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender, for reasons included but not limited to, insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at checkout, inaccessible delivery location at time of delivery and inability to forward package to updated address.

If your package is scanned as delivered, and the customer claims it was not received, we advise that you file a report with Postal Inspectors at uspis.gov or by calling 877-876-2455. We do not accept responsibility for this loss.

Processing time: 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays)

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange your item if it's qualified. 

To qualify, the item has to be defective and will be exchanged for an item of an equal value.  Please request an exchange within 5 days of the delivery at info@applecharms.com. The return item must be new, unused and have an original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection. Any products, in our sole and absolute discretion, that show evidence of use, improper handling or any sign of alteration will not be considered for an exchange. Any returns accepted by us are subject to $6 restocking fee. Shipping costs are non refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Sale Items or items purchased using a promo code are final and not eligible for a refund, a return, or an exchange.
